I thought COAL will start their operation last October? That did not happen for reasons 'other' say due to problem with local government. If their reason is to help and protect people that will be affected and to protect the environment - then all should be above board.
So, where are we with COAL? My portfolio allocation for COAL is around 20%. I am still buying every month as I feel (this is bad) it still has future. I will wait until they start operating and selling their produced - probably next year. I have this stock below 1PHP - currently, the price is playing in the range of 0.84 - 0.96. Hopefully its support will carry the Bear. Speaking of Bear - are we it that territory now? I thought I read it in the newspaper last month. Hmmm... Scary.
